Tête Brûlée

I have two strange weaknesses in life: fire and marshmallows… The two can be enjoyed separately or together, depending on the situation… 😉
 
So when I found out that our star brewer from Boréale was going to strike a chord with me, I felt excited. 😉
 
This evening, if I were camping, this would be about the time I’d be roasting my last marshmallow or watching the last log burn… Camping… damn, I suddenly miss it so much…

Ok, the texture hits me first, how creamy and effervescent it is! It actually tastes like marshmallow (vanilla?). It also tastes like caramel and biscuit. And it tastes like dark chocolate…
 
I can’t wait to take another sip… 😉
 
I feel like I’m drinking a float. It’s original, sweet and so good!
 
We’re in the same genre as Oshlag’s salted caramel stout. We’re definitely in candy territory…
 
Nah… Someone whispers to me that there’s alcohol in this?
