Ginnungagap (A blend of English pale ale and old Burton ale)

Malty (caramel, toast) and fruity (candied oranges) beer with a slight earthy and funky side. Beautiful spicy notes (pepper, nutmeg) melt into a rather dry finish. Fruity yeast notes and a slight, crisp bitterness remain in the mouth. A rather singular and really well balanced beer. It is reminiscent of a certain Orval… Nice product!
