XIIe anniversaire

A tripel with rounded, fruity flavours. The slightly sour flavors of mango, peach and apricot are accompanied by a slight taste of banana probably linked to the type of yeast used. Ageing for two years in whisky barrels gives it caramelized, woody notes and a little velvety hint of vanilla. Without being super complex, this beer is really warm and very pleasant to drink. It is a nice variation on the more traditional tripels.
