The nose is more robust and woody. Dark chocolate aromas remain prominent, accompanied by vanilla.
Dessert beer with flavors of brownies, cherries and bourbon. Omnipresent malty taste leaning towards burnt caramel and chocolate. The woody aspect is well developed and perfectly complements the notes of vanilla and ripe fruit (plum). I don’t taste the peaty side as much, but it’s still slightly noticeable.
