Good hoppy bitterness (floral, citrus) with a slight malty taste (cereals, biscuits, slightly caramelized). The finish is rather dry but the bitterness is prolonged in the mouth. Without too much extravagance, it’s very good and it drinks so well! Cheers Le Castor!
