Saison barriquée

A dry saison with fruity flavors (white grapes, green apples) accompanied by a lemony taste. The floral bitterness is enhanced by the wild and earthy side of the yeasts and the woody notes (slightly vanilla). The beer is delicate, superbly balanced and even evokes a feeling of minerality.
