Heavily hopped beer with tropical fruit flavors and a noticeable herbal character. The bitterness is crisp and the effervescence quite pronounced. The body is enhanced with a yeasty taste reminiscent of banana. The finish still remains quite dry.

We are dealing with two different products. I give the barrel-aged version a slight edge because I generally enjoy what ageing brings to alcoholic drinks.
