Nightcaller

A very fruity and sweet beer! Ripe and honeyed tropical flavors (juicy honeydew melon, canned pear, papaya, lychee, etc.). For an 11% beer, we don’t taste much alcohol (only a little heat accompanies us). However, as it warms, the alcohol notes become more noticeable and add a slight taste of anise or herbs. The bitterness is moderate and the texture is rather round. A beer that is quite easy to drink but which does not lie about the alcohol content. Drink in moderation… 😉
