Monsregius extra-brut is very dry and more effervescent! Slightly fruity (white-fleshed fruits) with a taste of lemon and orange. More like a thirst-quenching beer (perfectly refreshing) with character and bubbles!
Simultaneous tasting –Houblon Brut/ IPA Cuvée Extra-Brut
We have two different interpretations of a new style of beer. It’s difficult to choose my side but I have the impression that Monsregius comes closer to the philosophy behind the brut IPA. Two very good beers to try! Now it’s up to you to judge!
