Hopération

The beer has a malty body (caramel, cereals, shortbread cookies) with flavors of citrus (oranges++, marmalade) and exotic fruits (pineapple). The bitterness is pronounced and brings an interesting floral side. The finish is rather resinous and overall the alcohol is not too noticeable (8%).
