A New World saison, freely interpreted. Fermented in a stainless-steel tank and aged in oak barrels.
A slightly more bitter Saison, with orange zest and a subtly astringent edge. Juicy and fruity, with plenty of tangerine and a lovely touch of acidity. Woody notes bring an earthy, rustic character. Slightly honeyed finish. Superb!
