Today, I tried to make a connection with spring. I brought out the big guns! Bière de câlins. The beer is dressed all in raspberry and proudly wears its dress the color of love! The wonderfully fruity nose is just as full of raspberry.
This nectar of love is divinely fruity and very refreshing! The beer has a nice effervescent and very dry texture. The flavors of raspberries, red berries and stone fruits are enhanced with a slightly lemony taste. Fruit acidity and astringency dominate, with almost no sweetness. The finish is enhanced with cereal and slightly wild notes.
