Saison Macérée (marc de raisin)

The grape marc brings sweeter and less tart flavors. The nuances are slightly less subtle and the spicy notes seem more prominent. It’s less complex but just as good! Very honestly, if I had not tasted these two beers simultaneously, it would have been almost impossible for me to notice a difference. Given the context, I am obliged to favor the orange wine pomace.
